As someone who suffers from celiac disease, the thing I miss the most about gluten is goldfish crackers.  Sadly, there is no alternative.  With more and more people being diagnosed with gluten sensitivities/intolerances, and gluten free diets becoming a fad, big companies are beginning to adapt by creating gluten free alternatives to their most popular items.  Pepperidge Farm needs to do the same.
