As a proud native of Buffalo, NY, I have dedicated 25 years of my life to running a business in the Cobblestone district. It has been my lifelong dream to develop an iconic project that would not only transform our skyline but also stimulate our local economy and community. This dream is now under threat.

The project I envision is the "Unity Tower," a symbol of progress and unity for Buffalo. This tower would incorporate advanced green energy and sustainable systems in its design, setting an example for future developments across the country.

However, the City of Buffalo's Common Council stands as an obstacle to this vision. Despite owning several crumbling buildings on the proposed site—buildings that are contaminated and pose significant health risks—the city refuses to comply with a court order demanding their demolition.
