On 3rd October 1995, President Bill Clinton commented on the final report on human radiation experiments conducted by the federal government between 1944 and 1974. The government failed in its duty to tell the truth and protect citizens. The president promised compensation for the victims of these experiments. We are grateful to Democratic party for such noble work. After 24 years we are facing no-touch electronics harassment, public defamation, gang stalking, community stalking, stranger stalking etc. Targeted Individuals are not allowed to earn, and not allowed to live peacefully. Even they are dragged to street. Objective is to suppress the covert torture of Remote Neural Monitoring (RNM).I approached to several targeted individuals to know their sufferings, 24x7 torture, public harassments etc. It is inhuman and inexplicable. Precisely, it is a  silent holocaust. 

“Wrongs were indeed committed..We found that Govt. officials and Physicians who had the trust of their patients and public abused that trust. Patients were used as object of experiments without their knowledge or concern. Information was suppressed from affected community and from public. Secret was kept to protect embarrassment of Govt. Dr. Faden conveyed the truth but it is still going on. In US, Targeted Individuals have House Bill No.4513 (Act No.256),House Bill No.4514(Act No.257), HR 2977, Massachusetts Session Law (Section 131J),Maines Chapter 264, Bill of Tomo Shibata (not passed by house) etc. But targeted individuals need more rapport to stop their 24x7 torture. 

On 29th August 2018, Targeted Individuals raised their voice to celebrate the First Targeted Individual Day throughout the world. In India, above rules and regulations, video of C-Span, detail coverage of CNN about mind control etc are fake, imagination or hallucination of mental patient. However, I have craved for justice to ban RNM in India and my petition is under consideration of Shri Arvind Kejriwal, Hon'ble CM, Delhi. Ex-defense Minister of Poland, and Ex-defense Minister of  Canada repeatedly mentioned the on going covert torture of CIA. Targeted Individuals want right to live, right to earn, right to speak, right to have justice, right to live in society as human being, and right to enjoy all essential benefits of society just like a non-TI. TIs are not guinea pig.TIs are not commodity. They are human being. Innocent people should not suffer for covert cross border understanding between two Govts. A global Act is must to give justice, and compensation to targeted individuals. The modern Democratic party emphasizes egalitarianism. It means all people are equal and deserve equal rights and opportunities.
