WE THE PEOPLE OF SEAL BEACH, CA hereby demand that the City Council take immediate action to establish new leadership at city hall. We have no confidence or trust in Seal Beach City Manager Jill Ingram. Immediately remove the City Manager and return good government and leadership to Seal Beach.
