Huge thank you to each and every one of you. This is a direct result of all of your tireless work — speaking out, showing up, and demanding accountability. Every letter, every comment, every yard sign, and every voice has helped push us here. I am so incredibly inspired by this community. 

Take time to celebrate this amaizing moment AND this is critical — until we see proof that Resynergi has officially withdrawn their permit from the Bay Area Air Quality Management District (BAAQMD), nothing is final. Companies have made promises before, only to quietly backtrack. We cannot afford to let our guard down. We will keep you posted on this front, keep your eye on the BAAQMD website here

That’s why we need you to keep sending letters to BAAQMD and make it clear, let' not be thrown off our action plan at this moment!:

This facility never belonged in a residential zone.
Operating without permits is unacceptable.
The only acceptable next step is for Resynergi to formally withdraw their application and permit.
