Review the case of Ted Frosty Foster and REINSTATE TO PGR

Review the case of Ted Frosty Foster and REINSTATE TO PGR
The Issue
A Veteran and a good man is wronged by Patriot Guard Leadership!
Ted Frosty Foster is a 78 year old USAF (20 years retired) Vietnam Veteran who proudly served the Patriot Guard in the capacity of a blue hat regular volunteer and a maroon hat ride captain over a series of seven years. Foster successfully completed an estimated 400 missions during his tenure with the PGR (over 200 since 2011) with zero complaints or write-ups.
22 May 2014 Ted Frosty Foster received a notification from PGR National Director of Operations, Robert Gator Collins of Patriot Guard membership termination without notice, without review in a blatant disregard for due process required by the Patriot Guard Code of Conduct.
02 June 2014 After repeated requests for fair treatment according to the protocol and finally demands for disclosure of cause the Patriot Guard BoD via BoD VP/Members Childree reluctantly agreed to conduct a hindsight interview. No apology for the oversight.
06 June 2014 After repeated requests and demands for disclosure PGR BoD/VP Members Childree finally delivers a list of vague allegations – all false – some astoundingly so. Childree indicated Foster would have one email to answer said allegations.
09 June 2014 Ted Frosty Foster answered all three allegations in a single email with documentation and corroborating statements, proving all allegations false.
17 June 2014 After demanding resolution, PGR BoD/VP Members Childree notified Foster the termination would stand because the BoD did not like the tone of our exchange with them… this being the tone of a wronged man and an outcry from other PGR members that the allegations were false.
Allegation 1 basically alleges Ted Frosty Foster, now riding as American Legion Honor Guard Ride Captain stole a mission from the PGR. This is not true. Foster answered the allegation with a timeline of events complete with email documentation, announcements, names, dates, etc which the BoD apparently could not be bothered to verify.
Allegation 2 places Ted Frosty Foster on missions with Journey 4 Justice Texas Team 3 in Topeka KS (affiliation with J4J is terms for dismissal as PGR is actively blacklisting another lawful 501c3 organization) when in reality Foster(an inactive, non-participating member of J4J) was hundreds of miles away conducting PGR Missions in Texas. Foster provided statements to prove otherwise which again the BoD could not be bothered to verify.
Allegation 3 alleges Ted Frosty Foster discriminates and undermines female leadership in his specific area. Statements from other women including female PGR leadership from another region negate this claim. To date, female leadership is represented by a single woman who denies the complaint originated with her.
Again, Foster gave the BoD, state/regional leadership, and National Director of Operations sufficient proof the allegations are false or manufactured. To a man, the BoD stands behind the lies and slander failing to give due consideration of a PGR member’s long standing association with the organization.
It is glaringly obvious that the PGR BoD in blatant disregard of the rules specified in the PGR Code of Conduct for removal of a member failed to act responsibly.
It is the purpose of this petition to demand :
1) PGR leadership finally conduct a proper review of the information in hand
2) Provide Foster with the particulars of said investigation
3) Reverse and reinstate Foster to a member in good standing
4) Issue a public apology to Ted Foster including an announcement on PGR National and Texas web sites
5) Initiate an investigation into the blatant disregard of protocol and administer proper penalties up to and including dismissing local/state/regional and BoD leadership members who actively engaged in slander, lies and a miscarriage of justice.
It is our opinion the Patriot Guard Rider organization deserves better and more representative leadership and a leadership that adheres to the rules. Please sign on if you agree.
