As a dedicated patron, I endured over 7 hours of agonizing wait time, only to be left empty-handed. The unavailability and limited quantity of Secret Lair drops from Wizards of the Coast left me with my worst customer experience, reflecting a sentiment shared by many within our community.

We are ardently requesting that Wizards of the Coast implement a Print on Demand format for ALL future Secret Lair drops. This plan would undoubtedly alleviate the frustrations experienced by players and collectors who endure hours of waiting, only to be disappointed at the end.

The Secret Lair series was introduced in 2019 as a way for Wizards of the Coast to work outside the constraints of their usual distribution method and release unique sets of cards directly to consumers. However, the hype around these exclusive sets has often led to the product selling out within mere minutes, leaving many customers heartbroken.

By adopting a Print on Demand system, Wizards of the Coast would be respecting the time and dedication of their fans. It would allow everyone with the desire to purchase these sought-after card sets a fair chance, improving customer satisfaction and building trust in the brand. Rares can still be Serialized on a First-Come-First-Served basis to incentivize purchasing first. While non-serialized version can be sold for the specified time window. This would all Collectors something to seek after while still allowing normal players to obtain some of these limited time cards.
