• My grandson JG suffered irreversible brain damage due to the negligence of Tulare County CWS/CPS

CWS/CPS was called over 10 times because of the harm being witnessed towards my grandson and they did nothing. 

Due to their lack of intervention, the harm that JG was being subjected to continued. The parents went on vacation to Orange County, this is where JG fell victim and became unresponsive. The parents ignored his emergency state, and when JG was finally taken to the emergency room it was too late, the damage had  been done. JG was placed on life-support and expected to die, remarkably he did not die.  Orange County Child Protective Service immediately opened an investigation and to their horror saw the gross negligence Tulare County CWS/CPS did to JG. As soon as Tulare County was aware of what happened to my grandson this is when the corruption advanced. 

My attorney discovered Tulare County CWS/CPS Department falsified documents and forged signatures to cover their tracks. Tulare County CWS/CPS along with County Counsel has claimed that they were unaware of the abuse JG was being subjected to. I have been able to submit clear evidence to the court demonstrating the multiple times I contacted CWS/CPS. They did nothing, as expressed in the depositions of the social workers. This referral was passed on from desk to desk left unanswered until Tulare County CWS/CPS was notified of JG falling victim. It is due to their severe mishandling and refusal to intervene that has caused JG irreparable physical, mental and emotional damage that will be with him for the rest of his life. Decades of his life expectancy have been taken away due to the Tulare County CWS/CPS not stepping in and ignoring all of my cries for help.

We have since settled a lawsuit with the Tulare County CWS/CPS, proving their culpability in this harm done to JG. However, there have been no further investigations as to why JG’s case was ignored or why they alter evidence of my initial reports. The fact that the county has presented falsified documents and forged signatures as evidence to cover up their tracks in this neglect is inexcusable. None of their employees involved in this case have been investigated or reprimanded for this. In fact, some have even been promoted. --

My grandson will forever be affected by this, he cannot walk, talk, eat on his own , or do anything a normal 3 year old should be able to do. 

All of which was preventable if CWS/CPS just did their job and answered the numerous calls for concern.  To date Tulare County CWS/CPS is the worst in the state of California regarding their response rate of child abuse calls coming in please reference to.

While my grandson won his case this call goes beyond that. 

I cannot in good conscience let this go without demanding a call to action for people to be held accountable for their actions. 

I do not want this to happen again to any more children, and in order for this change to happen Tulare County Board of Supervisors need's to investigate these actions and implement some rules and repercussions for this not to happen again. We must hold them accountable!

Se llamó a CWS/CPS más de 10 veces debido al daño hacia mi nieto, al cual muchas personas fueron testigos y CWS/CPS no hizo nada. Debido a su falta de ayuda, el daño al que estaba siendo sometido JG continuaba. Los padres de JG fueron de vacaciones al condado de Orange, aquí es donde JG fue víctima y dejó de responder. Los padres ignoraron su estado de emergencia, y cuando finalmente llevaron a JG a la sala de emergencias, ya era demasiado tarde, el daño ya estaba hecho. JG fue colocado en un tubo respiratorio y se esperaba que muriera, pero sorprendentemente no murió.
El Servicio de Protección Infantil del Condado de Orange abrió inmediatamente una investigación y, para su horror, vio la grave negligencia que el CWS/CPS del Condado de Tulare le hizo a JG. Cuando el condado de Tulare se enteró de lo que le sucedió a mi nieto, fue cuando la corrupción avanzó.
Mi abogado descubrió que el Departamento de CWS/CPS del condado de Tulare falsificó documentos y falsificó firmas para cubrir sus huellas. El CWS/CPS del condado de Tulare junto con el abogado del condado han afirmado que no estaban al tanto del abuso al que estaba siendo sometido JG. Afortunadamente, he podido presentar pruebas al tribunal que demuestran las múltiples veces que me comuniqué con CWS/CPS sobre la condición de mi nieto. No hicieron nada, como se expresa en las declaraciones de los trabajadores sociales. Este caso fue pasado de escritorio en escritorio sin respuesta, hasta que se notificó a CWS/CPS del condado de Tulare que JG estaba en estado de emergencia. Es debido a su mal manejo del caso y negligencia a intervenir que ha causado a JG un daño físico, mental y emocional irreparable que lo acompañará por el resto de su vida. Se le han quitado décadas de su vida a mi nieto debido a que el CWS/CPS del condado de Tulare no intervino e ignoró todos mis gritos de ayuda.

Desde entonces, hemos puesto una demanda con el CWS/CPS del condado de Tulare, demostrando su culpabilidad en este daño causado a JG. Sin embargo, no ha habido más investigaciones sobre por qué se ignoró el caso de JG o por qué alteraron la evidencia de mis informes iniciales. El hecho de que el condado haya presentado documentos falsificados y firmas falsificadas como evidencia para encubrir sus huellas en este descuido es inexcusable. Ninguno de sus empleados involucrados en este caso han sido investigados o reprendidos por esto. De hecho, algunos han sido ascendidos de puesto en su trabajo. --

Mi nieto siempre se verá afectado por esto, no puede caminar, hablar, comer solo o hacer cualquier cosa que un niño normal de 3 años debería poder hacer.
Todo se pudo prevenir si CWS/CPS simplemente hubiera echo su trabajo de responder a las muchas llamadas de preocupación sobre mi nieto. Aunque mi nieto ganó su caso, esto va más allá de eso.
En buena conciencia, no puedo dejar pasar esto sin exigir acción para que las personas rindan cuentas por sus acciones.
No quiero que esto le vuelva a pasar a más niños, y para que este cambio suceda, la Junta de Supervisores del Condado de Tulare necesita investigar estas acciones e implementar algunas reglas y repercusiones para que esto no vuelva a suceder. ¡Debemos responsabilizarlos!
