Our family recently moved, full of anticipation and excitement for our new home. Like most families in today's digital age, access to the Internet was essential, not just for entertainment, but for work, education, and communication. We chose Frontier Communications as our service provider. However, it has been an incredibly frustrating experience.

We were initially told that installation would happen within a reasonable time frame, but here we are, 20 days later, still waiting. My children were particularly excited since they were promised that today would be the day they could connect and continue with their online learning materials. But to our disappointment, we have now been informed that we have to wait an additional 10 days.

This is not merely an inconvenience; it's a challenge that affects our daily lives. In today's world, access to the Internet is practically a necessity, and being without it for such an extended period has disrupted our routines, education, and work commitments. It is disheartening to witness the consequences of a lack of transparency and communication regarding installation timelines.

Frontier Communications needs to be transparent and clear from the very beginning of their installation process. Customers deserve to know the true wait times and any issues affecting their service. This will enable families to plan better and avoid unnecessary disruptions.

It's time for Frontier to take responsibility and offer better communication and transparency to its customers. This change would not only benefit us but will improve customer satisfaction broadly, ensuring similar situations do not happen in the future.
