As concerned individuals deeply invested in the tranquility and heritage of Beersheba Springs, Tennessee, our peaceful skyline is under threat. A 300-foot broadcasting tower is currently being planned for our beloved community. Not only will this tower disrupt the scenic view, but the incessant flashing red light, visible from Stone Door, will become a new, unwelcome feature of our night sky. Flashing 40 times per minute with an intensity of 20,000 candelas during daytime and twilight, and 2,000 candelas at nighttime, the light is sure to disturb the natural tranquility we have come to cherish.

We urge the city commissioners of Beersheba Springs to communicate directly with the Tennessee Advanced Communications Network (TACN) and the Tennessee Department of Safety (TDOS), among other relevant representatives. We request a more thorough and transparent process in explaining all past and future negotiations, discussions, and agreements concerning the broadcasting tower project. The voice of the community should be part of these momentous discussions and decisions affecting our home, and it's time for our concerns to be sincerely addressed.
