As a devoted Andears, the excitement of attending Ampers&one's recent US tour quickly turned into frustration and disappointment. Like many fans, I paid for an Everything/VVIP/VIP Ticket, which promised not only an unforgettable experience but also cherished photos to commemorate the occasion. However, despite more than four long months passing since the tour wrapped up, those promised photos remain unseen.

This lack of communication has left us feeling ignored and undervalued as a community. LeoPresents has consistently promoted other tours, and other fandoms have received their photos promptly, even from tours that occurred after Ampers&one's. It's disheartening to see our enthusiasm and loyalty sidelined, with no update to provide peace of mind.

We recognize that unforeseen challenges may have arisen, causing delays in photo distribution. However, the complete silence from LeoPresents & FNC is unacceptable. We are asking for transparency, clear communication, and a revised timeline for when we can expect to finally receive our photos.
