Congress is plagued with corruption, greed, pork, earmarks, favors, and more problems than can be listed.  H.R.91 - One Bill, One Subject Transparency Act would eliminate many of these issues and bring the rest into the sunlight for all of us to see.  The One Bill, One Subject Transparency Act is a non-partisan solution that doesn't cost a dime.

The One Bill, One Subject Transparency Act does exactly what the title says.  Any bill in Congress can only pertain to one subject.  Any amendment to a bill must pertain directly to the subject of the bill.  This simple one-page bill would make earmarks and pork nearly impossible.  HR 91 would force potential new laws to stand on their own merits.  One Bill, One Subject Transparency Act will never get a vote in the House of Representatives without We The People demanding it.

In short, the One Bill, One Subject Transparency Act would be the greatest legislative win for We The People since the US Constitution.  The Speaker of the House of Representatives controls what bills go to the floor for a vote.  Let's tell the Speaker that We The People demand a vote on H.R. 91 - One Bill, One Subject Transparency Act.
