The Anthony/Metcalf case has held a personal impact on everyone  and continues to stir unrest around the world. Now that the trial is over we still have unanswered questions.  It is under the basis of truth and the public interest that WE seek further action from the Frisco Police Department and Collin County judicial system in Frisco, TX. We are pushing for full transparency in the form of the release of all videos relevant to the case in question.

Public accountability is a cornerstone of our justice system. We need to ensure that those who serve and protect us operate within the bounds of the law. It is imperative that Collin County and  all law enforcement agencies, including the Frisco Police Department, adhere to these tenets of transparency and accountability.

Furthermore, we also call for a press conference to be held regarding the Anthony/Metcalf case. This will afford Collin County and law enforcement the opportunity to address any lingering concerns, enhance public understanding, and reduce misinformation circulating on social platforms. 

In recent years, body-cameras and surveillance footage have played an instrumental role in providing critical evidence in numerous cases across the country. A study from the University of Cambridge (2017) demonstrated these recordings often foster more accountability, with complaints against officers dropping by 93% once body cameras were implemented.

The people of Frisco, the community, America, and this petition's signatories deserve full transparency and facts, not concealment. The world needs to know - we need to know the truth.
