We’ve now taken the next step for #JusticeForElva.

I have formally submitted a complaint to the RCVS and reported the case to animal welfare authorities. The handwritten note in Elva’s records — “tampon up bum” — was undated, unsigned, and unjustified. This is not only a breach of professional standards, but it may also breach the Animal Welfare Act 2006.

This fight is about more than one dog. It’s about dignity, transparency, and accountability in veterinary care.
