I want to say something clearly: I didn’t mind paying for Elva’s treatment. What I mind is the lack of documentation, the absence of a written plan, and the pressure to commit to a loan without clarity — even though they emailed me the loan form.

I’ve now submitted a formal complaint to the RCVS and received media interest. Elva’s story is being heard — and I will keep fighting to ensure it’s remembered with purpose.

I didn’t sign her admission documents. Her name was listed under someone else’s — until I noticed and corrected it after her death. That detail matters. Every detail matters.
