The Issue

We, the users and participants of the SMARTS platform, are calling for transparency, accountability, and immediate communication from the project’s leadership.

Since November 2025, members of the Flipper community (over 15,000 users) have been unable to withdraw funds. The situation was explained as a “wallet hack,” after which:

— Withdrawals were completely disabled
— Program terms were changed (from 100–180 days to 365 days)
— Profit distribution was significantly reduced
— Referral rewards stopped
— No clear timeline or recovery plan has been provided

Users can still see balances in their accounts, but these funds are inaccessible. This creates a situation where assets appear to exist, but cannot be used or withdrawn.

At the same time, the platform continues operating in other “communities” or “branches,” giving the impression that the system is functioning, while a large group of users remains effectively locked out.

Communication is extremely limited or non-existent. There is no reliable support, no official public updates, and no unified communication channels where users can openly discuss the situation.

We respectfully demand:

A clear and official statement from SMARTS leadership
A transparent explanation of what happened in November 2025
A realistic timeline for restoring withdrawals
Proof of actions taken to recover lost funds (if applicable)
Open and consistent communication with all users
This petition is not only about recovering trust, but also about protecting current and future users from potential financial harm.

By signing this petition, you support the call for transparency and responsible communication.
