• تعزيز آليات الرقابة والإجراءات التنظيمية لضمان المزيد من الاتساق والشفافية والثقة في المنافسات الدولية مستقبلاً.

إن هذه القضية تتجاوز مباراة واحدة أو منتخباً واحداً. فجميع اللاعبين والمنتخبات والجماهير يستحقون الثقة بأن أهم لحظات كرة القدم تُحسم بالموهبة والاستعداد والأداء داخل الملعب، لا بسبب تساؤلات غير مُجابة حول القرارات التحكيمية.

3) Evaluate whether all officiating and VAR protocols were correctly followed throughout the match.
