As of Jun 15, number of tents had gone up to 89. That is a 300% increase from Mar 30. Rosie DiManno, a columnist from Toronto Star,  is right in saying the City Hall has lost control of Allan Gardens. Shame on you, City Council and City Senior Management, for allowing the situation to continue to deteriorate.
