Force The U.S. Fed To Implement A Fraud Tax On All Banks - Investors - Corporations - Attorneys - Collection/Factoring Firms - To Repay The People Of The United States Of America, And Abroad

This Petition is for the purpose of exposing the Fraud that has crashed our economy, and has caused a Societal Collapse. After spending over 25 years in the legal and banking business, and witnessing Attorneys, and other firms witnessing fraud, and doing nothing about it...I am taking action on behalf of ALL people, animals, and our planet to force enforcement of what is Right! After witnessing an extreme escalation of fraudulent activity first hand within law firms, real estate firms, banks, collection agencies, factoring investors, credit bureaus, civil court, supreme court, and more, I can no longer sit idle, and watch this unfold in a manner that devastates our people, animals, and planet.

I contacted several attorneys I work with, and am associated with indicating the desire to file a very large law suit against several industries. I was told it's noble, I am correct in my claims, it has indeed happened, and they should pay, but there is too much corruption, and it will be thrown out. Guess what I am willing to take that chance ON MY OWN! I am no stranger to the court system, and have appeared in many courts across the land. I am not an attorney, but I did study law, because I needed to know. I have won countless cases over the years utilizing my Civilian Power, which at times exceeds an officials power. As several officials have admitted this to me over the years. People who know me...Know I mean business. I am relentless in my pursuit of truth, justice, and what is right for our people, animals, and planet.

As an experienced Legal Assistant, former NYS Realtor, Former Bank Manager, Litigator, Skip Tracer, Investigator, and more...I feel it is high time appropriate action is taken on behalf of all people, animals, and the planet. We are together in this, we are related to each other, and we are to respect our planet for allowing us to sustain life here. Our corporate industry is NOT ABOVE THE LAW, and there needs to be accountability for all entities involved in the orchestration of allowing America, and our global economy to collapse. Each attorney who signed off on a fraudulent loan, was the Final John Hancock that allowed the fraud to continue as a common place part of normal business. This can be proven, I was there to witness much of it, and the collection industry also ties right in to the fraud as well.

My demands are that the U.S. Federal Government  implement a 10% Fraud Tax on all Real Estate Attorneys, Collection Law Firms, Collection agencies, and all Factoring Investors, as well as other corporate entities. These are the hands who carried out this massive fraud, and knowingly allowed it to continue. All of this is easily proven, upon review of the firms involved in these industries. More importantly it's dictated by crisis we focus on solutions at this time. Obviously we cannot jail all of these individuals, but we can make them pay it back. This petition will facilitate Forcing Enforcement upon officials, and entities who did not represent the best interest of the People of the United States of America, and abroad appropriately, correctly, or honestly with integrity. We the people will take our stand, and utilize the biggest power of all...Civilian Power, by the People for the People!

Upon reaching our goal of at least 100,000 but hopefully 500,000 or more, A law suit will be filed for the People, by the people to force enforcement and an amicable settlement to repay the People of America. All that has blatantly been stolen from them must be paid back. Even though I was advised by very powerful attorneys NOT to do this...because of the corruption within the court system...I am doing it anyway. Why? Because I have a method to my madness, and a very successful technique that has never failed in my many fights for what is right. Until I get some satisfaction for the People of The United States Of America...I will not rest comfortably.

We are the biggest team of all, and this is...For the Good Of The many!  We The People Demand Accountability and resolution of federal crimes committed against humanity, wildlife, and our planet.

Formal Complaint And Demand To Implement A 10% Fraud Tax On Real Estate Attorneys - Debt Collection Attorneys - Banks - Factoring Investors, With Additional Demands For The People, Wildlife and Environment

 

Greetings;

 

This letter shall serve as Official Formal Complaint and Demand from the People of The United States Of America.

We The People Of The United States Of America demand implementation of a 10% "Fraud Tax" on all entiities (several industries) involved in our economic collapse. Tax of 10% on all income earned by all entities/industries who played a direct role in the economic, and societal collapse of America, and abroad. This Fraud Tax implementation will go directly back to the people of the United States Of America, and certain individuals abroad. This will facilitate remedial steps to restore a productive life, and a working Society that compliments the people, planet, and wildlife. One that has been so brutally destroyed. 

We The People are demanding full accountability immediately, with the implementation of a permanent Fraud Tax for the purpose of restitution, and repayment of monies stolen through the acts of fraud, for the purpose of corporate profit. It is imperative this be immediately implemented for the repayment, and protection of our people, wildlife, and planet. Acts of willful harm committed against humanity, animals, or the planet are expected to be imposed with this Fraud Tax, that will be retroactive from year 2000, and ongoing to restore life, the environment and protection for all people, and wildlife.

Upon receipt of this Official Demand, We The People will accept amicable terms of resolution within the guidelines outlined herein. The demands of the People Of The United States Of America, and International Victims are as follows:

1.) SADRA: Settle All Debt Redemption Allowance: All unsecured Debt is to be Settled for $20% as of July 4, 2011 (current or delinquent), (pro rated - retroactive) and immediately put on an optional payment plan for 5 years or less. Including all alleged pending cases with docket numbers issued, and a stipulation of settlement with no recourse will be given as receipt of payment in full, or a stipulated payment plan that concludes with No Judgment being entered. All Judgments entered from January 2000 to present will be vacated and settled for 20% with an optional payment plan, and a copy of the vacated judgment, and a letter verifying the debt was paid in full with no additional recourse or option of selling the remainder not paid. There will also be no additional tax due for the amount that is not paid, due to the rampant fraud within the banking, debt, credit, legal industry. You can not be taxed for fraudulent, or inflated, carried over in refinanced mortgages, or second mortgages, and personal loans of debt consolidation from 2000 to 2008.

2.) FRRAP: Foreclosure Restitution Reimbursement Plan: All Mortgages are to be Reduced to 30% below Today's Market Value/Sale Estimate. (Due to anticipated continued decline in market conditions)

                A.) Modification of Mortgage Note (rewritten and sent over night to homeowner) modified to what is affordable for the consumer at the time. Including and not limited to the involvement of other family members, and or cosigners if applicable. If criminal activity is determined, appropriate action, reversal, and or whatever applies to rectifying it for the homeowner, including but not limited to a (6) month grace period, interest only payment option (based on new/modified 3% rate), each option with a (6) month review process until stability is sustained.

3.) TAREP: Tax Allowance Restitution Exemption Plan: Exemption from Property Tax for All Existing Farms, (privately/family owned), new farmers, or land owners planning to develop for Farming purposes of any kind for (5) Five years, beginning July 4, 2011, (retroactive). All Farms who are exempt must provide and commit to the (FIIS) Food Improvement Integration System. All Grant monies will be directed appropriately to the implementation and integration of Renewable Energy and Waste Management Systems, with preservation protocol dictated environmentally by region/continent. Funds must also be designated for International Responsibility Restitution Fund which will focus on implementation, and integration of the Food Improvement Integration System. Women's shelters will be given more designated monetary assistance, (as a top priority) to help women and children become self sustainable. All available land owned by the government will be made available to non profit organizations who develop for  the benefit of communities, people, animals, and the environment they operate. Main focus will be put on implementation of Global Self Sustained Green Farm Communities all climates.

4.) GEPPP: Global Environmental Protection and Preservation Protocol. All environmental, human, wildlife destruction, murder, poisoning, experimentation, and or any atrocity or crime against humanity found to be harmful, or detrimental will cease to function, and be replaced by technologies that will clean, produce, and enhance the environment, people, wildlife, and food resources within their community. The goal, and rule to be implemented.

5.) PERA: Peoples Entitlement Restitution Allowance: Quarterly payments will be paid back to the people until seven hundred billion is repaid in full. PERA is designated to receive the appropriate amount of money from the Fraud Tax Implementation imposed upon several industries, and professions who had direct involvement in allowing the fraud to be initiated, carried out, continued, or covered up. Willfully committing a crime to benefit monetarily.  The Peoples Entitlement Restitution Allowance Fund will be repaid to all Americans, and all people (workers) in other countries who were used for production or manufacturing purposes in the export of any and all items made, for US corporations, and or shipped to the US. Each payment will be a check from the federal government to all consumers registered/recorded on the people's roster, in quarterly payments directly deposited into their designated account.   

6.) AGREF: "All Green Renewable Energy Future" Plan. Immediate focus and attention will be put on nuclear waste, pending melt downs, the final shut down of All Nuclear Plants globally. A firm commitment will be adhered to for a "No Nuke Future" policy, with a covenant never to be reversed, and a policy of mandatory evaluation, and scoring of new technology. The policy is as long as it hurts no person - animal - or the planet ever, then it passes the peoples demands of scrutiny, and it must be publicized for the people before any implementation can take place. Renewable Energy and Waste Management Experts will step into existing nuclear plants and focus on replacement technology, and disposal, or utilization of nuclear waste for other applications if applicable. 

7.) EARA: Educate All Resolution Act: All Education and Schooling is FREE in America, and abroad. My associate already designated as an founding educator will implement his plan, and put forth in motion a logical system of free schooling in all communities. A complete plan is already developed, and waiting to be implemented.

8.) FOLC: Freedom Of Lifestyle Choice: All natural living, alternative medicine, sexual preference, all lifestyle categories, and style of living are accepted, respected, and welcomed, as equal citizens of our planet. Focus will be put on minority groups in order of priority, and severity of demand and need.

9.) ACAF: All Children Are Fed Plan: Within (5) Five years, all children on the planet must be fed, housed, and leading more productive lives within their own community. Community Green Enhancement Programs will be implemented regardless of climate, or their ability to pay. This will be carried out through efforts of Non Profit groups around the globe, to oversee all implementation methods, timely completion, as well as assisting in training, educating, and community support with a new productive manner of living. Creating a cost effective self sustained green environment permanently.

10.) SUOSO: Step Up Or Step Out Policy: Officials or Individuals, corporations  who are found guilty of crimes, or atrocities will step up or step out. ALL requests, demands, correspondence, inquiries, inquisitions, interrogations regarding withheld data, video, or information regarding, or involving the people of the US will be released, and relinquished from the control of any government body who's job is represent the best interests of it's people. All pending requests for data, evidence, documentation, video, reports, developments, and not limited to any activity, will be freely released to the People of the United States Of America. 

11.) GITRA: Government Information Transparency Reform Act: To readily, and freely release ALL information requested by The People Of The United States Of America at any time, for any reason, unless it can be demonstrated it will compromise national security. In that case, the People Of The United States Of America, and Alliances, will designate a "People's Alliance Global Review Organization" PAGRO: will oversee all government activities to insure that People, Animals, and our Planet are protected, preserved, enhanced, and that productive self sustainable plans are implemented, and maintained.

12:) PAGRO: Peoples Alliance Global Review Organization. The Watchers, ambassadors, liaisons, and clearing house that will insure the safety of people, wildlife, and our environment globally. This includes, and is not limited to review of monetary expenditures made by the Federal US Government. A Full Accounting of every American Dollar will be readily available for scrutiny by The People of The United States Of America, as it was always meant to be. Restoring Americas confidence in a government body who is obligated to protect the people they govern, WITH FULL TRANSPARENCY always prevailing.
