The United States of America is now held hostage by a violent, lawless regime. From the violent rhetoric of Trump, Republican officials, and law enforcement, to the violent actions of ICE, to the pardon of violent criminals who engaged in insurrection on January 6th 2021, even to Executive actions that have knowingly harmed American citizens, this regime has shown contempt for the Constitution and engaged in active harm against our nation’s people. Their rhetoric has stoked violence among groups of open white supremacists, who march at their rallies and create manifestos spouting white replacement theory when they murder innocent Americans with weapons that should be illegal. No one among this regime has ever denounced either this rhetoric or the actions it condones.

Now, a democratic lawmaker, Melissa Hortman of Minnesota and her husband are dead. Another, John Hoffman and his wife, are in critical condition. Assassinated by a maga extremist that represents the culmination of this violent regime’s clear intent and purpose; the destruction of our democracy and the subjugation of the American people. It is time for our elected officials to end this regime or step down. This is not a request.

We The People DEMAND that state lawmakers and governors begin the process of removing members of Congress who refuse to impeach the Traitor Donald Trump.

We declare Donald Trump an illegal and illegitimate president for multiple acts of treason and violation of his oath to uphold the Constitution, both in and out of office. Including, but not limited to the following;

• Instigating and giving aid and comfort to the insurrectionists of Jan 6th, including their pardon during his second term.
• Engaging in a conspiracy to defraud the American people through a fake electors scheme.
• Violating the Espionage act and multiple other laws in stealing and recklessly holding large amounts of secret documents.
• Obvious connections and assistance to Russia, a foreign adversary who has threatened the United States with nuclear attack.
• Violating Congress’s right to control government spending and illegally allowing Elon Musk access to and the destruction of federal services and theft of American’s personal information. Including the ending of numerous programs that benefit the American people, resulting in immediate harm and leading to even greater future harm.
• Violating the Constitutionally required due process in order to traffic migrants and even American citizens, sending them to foreign concentration camps known for inhumane conditions and torture.
• Violating state rights by commandeering the California National Guard to use against the people engaged in non-violent protest according to their 1st amendment rights.
• Violating the Posse Comitatus Act by sending Marines to police and arrest American citizens in California.
• Entering the presidency only via large-scale voter suppression and election interference, such as restrictions on registration, incorrectly purging voter rolls, shutting down polling locations, removing ballot boxes, baseless claims of signature fraud on mail ballots, and more. As well as these, there is valid evidence of actual election fraud, which Trump himself admitted to, claiming that Elon Musk had somehow tampered with election machines.

For actions both past and present, Trump is ineligible to hold office according to the 14th amendment of the Constitution and has committed numerous impeachable acts. Congress MUST immediately impeach, convict, and remove Donald Trump from office or be complicit in treason. Any officials so complicit in treason MUST be removed via their governing states for violation of their oath of office. If states lawmakers and governors will not do this, then they too will have broken their oath of office.

In 30 days—on July 14th, 2025—if states have not begun the process of impeachment or the removal of corrupt members of Congress, We The People will march upon state capitols to demand that our corrupt state officials resign and turn over governance to the people.
