TikTok has allowed violent gang members in Haiti to use its platform to spread terror, glorify violence, recruit followers, and intimidate innocent civilians.

For months, users have reported these accounts  and for months, TikTok has been slow to respond, leaving dangerous content online for the world to see.

Real lives are being destroyed while TikTok stands by and does the bare minimum.

The same gangs destabilizing an entire country are gaining clout, money, and influence all while TikTok looks the other way.

Funny how TikTok can move fast enough to ban a poor chef for not giving a public “thank you,”

but can’t seem to find that same energy when it’s time to ban gang leaders promoting violence, death, and fear.

When it’s petty drama, TikTok acts overnight.

When it’s real blood in the streets, they stay silent.

We demand immediate action:

 • Remove gang-affiliated accounts without delay.

 • Prioritize and fast-track reports involving violence and organized crime.

 • Publicly commit to transparency and real protection for vulnerable communities.

TikTok doesn’t get to play innocent while hosting terrorism for views.
