As a lifetime Philadelphia Eagles fan, I have watched our team evolve and grow. However, recently, under the leadership of Nick Sirianni, Matt Patricia, Brian Johnson, and Sean Desai, our beloved team has been underperforming despite having a roster capable of winning the Super Bowl. Despite a possible 12-win season on paper, we are looking at an early exit from the playoffs due to poor coaching decisions.

The current coaching staff's strategies have not only failed to utilize our players' full potential but also led to unnecessary injuries due to bad play calling. We are now facing the risk of losing star players who may request trades because they are dissatisfied with the team's direction.

This situation is unacceptable for a franchise as storied as ours. The Philadelphia Eagles deserve better leadership that can guide us towards achieving our true potential - winning championships.

It is time for change. It is time for new leadership that respects and understands this great franchise's legacy and its loyal fans like myself who bleed green every game day.

We demand that Jeffrey Lurie and Howie Roseman take immediate action by terminating the contracts of Nick Sirianni, Matt Patricia, Brian Johnson, Sean Desai and hiring competent replacements who can lead us back to glory.
