I am a student in Bensalem, PA, and I have been subjected to unnecessary stress and inconvenience due to the actions of my school bus driver. This individual has consistently demonstrated unprofessional behavior, including holding me hostage for 30 minutes past school starting hours because I refused to sit at the back of the bus. She is demanding, frequently stops in the middle of the road without pulling over safely, and is constantly yelling at us.

She accuses us students of misbehavior without any basis and imposes arbitrary seating arrangements that last an entire school year. Her lackadaisical attitude towards punctuality results in her being late to our stops regularly and causing us to be late for school every day.

Her inability to cope with children is evident from his constant complaints about trivial matters. Moreover, her reckless driving habits such as slamming brakes pose a significant safety risk.

The National Association for Pupil Transportation states that a good bus driver should be punctual, patient, and able to interact well with children (source: NAPT). Our current bus driver does not meet these standards.

We cannot allow this situation to continue as it negatively impacts our education and mental health. We demand that our concerns are addressed promptly by terminating this incompetent bus driver's employment with immediate effect. Please sign this petition if you believe students deserve better treatment during their commute and if this bus driver should be fired.

Today once again my school bus driver stopped in the middle of the road because a kid stood up to grab his bag. She slammed the brakes when going about 30mph. I yelled to her to stop doing that and she told me to shut up and not tell her what to do. So I called transportation to complain and whoever was on the phone didn't care. This shows we need this bus driver to be fired at all costs for our own safety. Thanks everyone for the support.
