Demand the Return of Taxpayer-Funded Research Assets: Stop the $10B "Ghost Load" Fraud

The Issue

The Premise
I am just 22. I live with my parents. I consider myself a satirist, not a legal beagle. However, I have a sense of logic that is sharp as a tack. My mind has found holes in the so-called “democratic rule of law.” Additionally, my parents just filed their taxes. Since I live with them due to ethical objections (holding a job and paying taxes in a system of managed consent is against my beliefs), I am now among the unwilling majority who directly or indirectly fund wasteful government spending with no recourse or accountability. This is unacceptable and must change. Nowhere is this more obvious than in the world of government-owned or funded labs.

The Failure Rate: 90% of animal test findings are proven insufficient or invalid in later human trials. This is Government Waste using money that hardworking citizens or programs like SNAP and Social Security desperately need. I am a supporter of the social safety net. Because I believe in SNAP and Social Security, I am outraged that our collective resources are being diverted into "Ghost Loads" and road-fill fraud. We cannot fund the vulnerable if the University-Military-Industrial complex is embezzling the majority of the money we were promised, "went to a just cause," or "supported society."

The Demand
We, the taxpayers of this great fraud, demand immediate repatriation of all remaining assets of these wasteful studies.

If taxation is a Social Contract, the government has committed a Breach of Contract.
They used our money for low-value research, hid the results, and hid the “waste” (incinerated remains) that is legally ours.

The Fifth Amendment states: “nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.” The government and universities have:

a. Taken Private Money (taxes).
b. Purchased Public Assets (animals).
c. Effectively “Deleted” those assets in landfills or roads.
If they do not return the physical remains (encapsulated in epoxy for safety), they have stolen the money and given the taxpayer nothing in return.

The Legal Ultimatum
If courts take away any recourse of the taxpayer through the doctrine of “Taxpayer Standing,” they have admitted freedom isn't this country's true value; it's merely a brand. The truth is that citizens are treated as "units" just like the animals or the environment. This isn’t a republic; we are simply told we are free so we don’t revolt against the Animal Farm abuses of the state—where certain “interests of national security or science” are placed above the law and withheld from public audit.

The Final Word
We, the taxpayers, assert that matter cannot be created or destroyed.

If they claim the property is "gone," they are lying to the law of physics.
If they claim they don't owe it back, they are lying to the Constitution.
We are here to collect what we paid for and stop the scam.

To be clear: This is not merely an "anti-tax" petition. This is an Anti-Conversion petition. I support the programs that feed and house our neighbors. My objection is that the same system that claims it doesn't have enough money for SNAP is paving over billions of dollars in taxpayer-funded assets without an audit. You cannot be pro-taxpayer if you are pro-secrecy. In the long run, I do believe that moving from mandatory participation where corruption and distrust are rampant to an honor system where people donate to the government because it provides for all of them would be the most ethical and democratic way to handle government spending, but at the moment, I am simply asking for taxpayer money to be used in a way that aligns with the Golden Rule. If the majority of taxpayers wouldn't want to fund animal research with no tangible benefit and a heap of waste, this demand is unjust and should be questioned.
