Demand the Return of Pro-Palestinian Student Protesters and Others to the U.S.
The Issue
The Issue
Attention pro-Palestinian students, Hispanic and Latino Americans and anti-Trump protesters. We’re going to storming the United States capitol in Washington D.C. to protest against president Donald Trump! The year 2025. I find myself in a position where the place I call "home" is diminishing. We are seeking the return of our fellow brothers and sisters who have been unfairly swept away in a wave of mass deportation. Among them, millions and millions of pro-Palestinian student protesters, MS-13 gang members, 18th street gang members, Trinitarios, and the U.S.-designated Foreign Terrorist Organization from Venezuelan gangs called “Tren de Aragua” or “TdA” were forced out - not for fair reasons, but based on their nationality, political stand or the communities they belonged to.
Federal agencies such as U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), U.S. Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO), the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF), the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), U.S. Customs and Border Patrol (CBP), the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), and United States Marshals Service have turned blind eyes. They overlook the fact that everyone deserves a second chance and equal rights, no matter their background. We seek not to glorify crime and violence, but to fight for the right of every individual to have a chance at redeeming themselves.
The United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights (Article 14) argues for the right to seek asylum from persecution. We want this for our comrades; they also deserve a chance to prove their transformation and reclaim their lives.
This goes beyond just acknowledging the violation of human rights, we demand the fair application of this right to everyone, inclusive of the groups mentioned above. Every signature on this petition brings us closer to achieving this. Join our cause, demand justice, and insist on the return of these individuals to the United States of America and reunited families against president Donald Trump signing executive orders planning to mass deportation operation, and president Donald J. Trump signed the Laken Riley Act into law targeting communities across the country. It’s time to stand up and fight back against president Trump and federal agencies. Please sign the petition today. Thank you, god bless you and justice for Latinos.
