As a parent with two sons enrolled at Winston Churchill School, I am gravely concerned about the consistent disregard shown for equity and professionalism by the current Head Teacher. Her tenure has been riddled with disturbing instances of discrimination, intimidation, power abuse, bullying, and favoritism. Policy violations and lackadaisical efforts in executing her responsibilities have also become the order of the day. 

With this petition, we're not just providing a voice for our children, but for all those who may also be suffering in silence. For a school environment to nurture and empower students, transparency, fairness, and respect must be at its core. It is clear that under the current leadership, these attributes are lacking.

It is crucial that the Head Teacher of Winston Churchill School either resigns, retires or be let go, to allow a more responsible and empathetic individual to fill the role. Our children deserve better. Stand with us in demanding accountability, equal treatment and justice for these gross misconducts. Please sign the petition.
