For the wellbeing and the safety of our children and the hardworking staff members of our local high school, we must address a deeply troubling concern. The newly promoted assistant principal in Buffalo MO, who will be in charge of discipline, is married to a Tier 3 convicted pedophile. This man seduced a student while he was in a position of trust as a teacher, causing much pain and suffering. Consequently, as a result of his actions, he is no longer permitted to teach. 

The fact that the future assistant principal, Mrs Moon, who is entrusted with the task of disciplining students and maintaining a safe environment, has chosen to continue her marital relationship with a man found guilty of such actions, raises serious doubts about her judgment and ability to ensure the school community's safety. To add the current principal is a part time police officer for the BPD and he continues to not be bothered by the situation or claims that this individual has been on campus more than once. 

Many of us, including myself, have children attending this school, and we trust the leadership to protect them. I am personally connected to this matter, as my own children attend the local high school, and I am concerned for their safety and the credibility of the staff in charge.

Over the past decade, nearly 3 million teachers in America have been accused of sexual misconduct, according to ABC News, underscoring how persistent this issue is. Therefore, the stakes for decisions of this nature are incredibly high and have far-reaching implications for the community at large.
