Demand the Resignation of Mr. Saravanan A/L Ramasamy, CEO of Pos Aviation

Demand the Resignation of Mr. Saravanan A/L Ramasamy, CEO of Pos Aviation
The Issue
We, concerned employees and supporters of Pos Aviation, hereby submit this petition to demand the resignation of Mr. Saravanan A/L Ramasamy, the CEO of Pos Aviation, for the following reasons:
1. Despite receiving consistent complaints from partner airlines regarding understaffing and the potential risk of airlines transitioning their operations to another ground handling service provider, Mr. Saravanan A/L Ramasamy has persistently failed to address the issue by increasing staffing levels. This neglect has resulted in overburdened employees being forced to work excessive overtime, jeopardizing both employee well-being and the company's reputation within the aviation industry.
2. Mr. Saravanan A/L Ramasamy has rejected requests to increase staff, despite the clear necessity for additional manpower to manage daily operations effectively. This refusal has placed immense pressure on existing employees, requiring them to work up to 20 hours a day, which not only compromises their safety but also undermines their quality of life.
3. Furthermore, Mr. Saravanan A/L Ramasamy has failed to invest in the necessary machinery and equipment required to enhance daily operations and ensure operational efficiency. Despite repeated requests from employees and management alike, vital resources needed for the smooth functioning of our services have been overlooked in favor of other priorities.
4. Bonuses that should rightfully be distributed to employees as a form of recognition for their hard work and dedication have been withheld without transparent explanation from the management. This lack of transparency erodes trust and morale among the workforce, leading to decreased motivation and productivity.
5. The lack of effective leadership and vision from Mr. Saravanan A/L Ramasamy has resulted in a stagnation of the company's growth and development. Without clear direction and strategic guidance, Pos Aviation is unable to adapt to changing market dynamics and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
6. Mr. Saravanan A/L Ramasamy's preferential treatment of individuals with personal connections or interests has led to a disparity in salary and promotion opportunities within the company. While certain employees receive inflated salaries and promotions based on nepotism or favoritism, others are left struggling to make ends meet despite their contributions to the company's success.
In light of these grievances, we urge management and shareholders to take immediate action to replace Mr. Saravanan A/L Ramasamy with an individual of integrity, competence, and genuine concern for the well-being of employees and the success of Pos Aviation. It is imperative that the company is led by someone who prioritizes transparency, fairness, and accountability in all aspects of operations, including the crucial need for increasing staff and investing in necessary equipment.
Anyone who cares about fair work practices - to sign this petition demanding the resignation of Mr.Saravanan A/L Ramasamy as CEO of Pos Aviation.
