I am deeply saddened and frustrated by the state of the MV Barima, a crucial vessel that has served our community for years. This once reliable means of transportation that has served the nation in pre colonial times is now a shadow of its former self, plagued by disrepair and neglect that has caused the capsizing of the ferry. Despite its deteriorating condition, Minister Juan Edghill has failed to take accountability or initiate necessary repairs.
