We are seeking the resignation of Nikki Cooke, the current CEO of LIVES, a prominent emergency response organisation in Lincolnshire, UK. A large number of former and current employees and volunteers have raised concerns about her leadership and the decisions she makes around the running of the charity. 

Many people report a “toxic” work environment. A recent CQC inspection found “high turnover and sickness rates” and inspectors were told “there were allegations of bullying”. Staff raised concerns about patient safety, due to “staff leaving or being off sick”. 

Ms. Cooke told her team “The CQC does not understand how we do things here at LIVES”. We believe concerns are not acted upon or are swept under the carpet. This has affected the mental health of those involved. 

We are calling for Nikki Cooke’s immediate resignation as CEO of LIVES. This call is not made lightly but stems from deep concerns for the future direction of this crucial organisation that serves our community in times of emergency. Sign this petition to demand change at the top level within LIVES.
