Two of my brothers, both my parents, my grand father, his brothers, and a slough of ancestors served, or still serve, this country by swearing the oath to the Constitution.  Has it occured to anyone that ,anyone who's pledged allegance to the American flag has done also? Removing explicit immunity keeps the Executive branch honest, or subject to the law, and the rule of the supreme court.
