UPDATE‼️‼️‼️ On January 9, 2026, Niyah Lester was found NOT GUILTY ON ALL CHARGES filed against her on November 17, 2025. These charges were based on false statements made in retaliation after Niyah reported specific individuals to the school for racism, bullying, discrimination, and harassment, with these reports dating back to September 2025. The head volleyball coach was made aware of the racism, bullying, discrimination, and harassment and failed to take appropriate action. Instead of addressing the behavior or protecting Niyah, the head coach ignored her repeated cries for help and supported the individuals responsible for committing these acts. Rather than conducting a thorough and formal investigation, Niyah was immediately suspended after my exposing of her mistreatment and she was ultimately removed from the volleyball roster. Today, it has been proven that she was removed from the volleyball roster without cause or due process. Meanwhile, those responsible for making false accusations remain allowed to play and coach without consequence. We demand justice and accountability. All responsible parties—including coaching staff, players, and any other complicit staff—must be held accountable. Retaliation, conspiracy, defamation, and perjury are crimes punishable by law.
