As a dedicated Workplace Psychologist, I am deeply concerned about the state of our profession under the leadership of Sarb Bajwa, CEO of The British Psychological Society. Our society is suffering from his inability to generate revenue for basic functions such as stage two chartership. This has been compounded by scandals that have rocked our community, including employees under him being arrested by British authorities for fraud.

Under Mr. Bajwa's leadership, our profession's reputation is at stake. His appointment was a mistake that has led us down a path filled with financial instability and scandalous activities. We cannot allow career lobbyists like Mr. Bajwa to continue damaging our profession and undermining the trust we've worked so hard to build with the public.

It's time we take action and demand accountability from those in positions of power within The British Psychological Society. We need leaders who are competent, transparent, and committed to upholding the integrity of psychology as a profession.

Let us unite in calling for Sarb Bajwa's removal from his position as CEO. By doing so, we can begin rebuilding trust within our community and ensure that The British Psychological Society remains an institution dedicated to promoting psychological knowledge for societal benefit.
