As a black mother living in Pikesville, MD, and raising my black sons in Baltimore County, I am deeply disturbed by the racist comments made by Principal Eric Eiswert at Pikesville High School. His remarks about black students and Jewish community members are not only offensive but also create a hostile environment for our children to learn and grow.

Principal Eiswert's comments have shown his blatant disregard for the diverse student body he is supposed to lead. Such behavior is unacceptable from anyone, let alone an individual entrusted with shaping young minds. It is alarming that someone who holds such prejudiced views has been given authority over our children's education.

According to data from the U.S Department of Education Office for Civil Rights (2016), racial disparities persist across education systems in America. These disparities can be exacerbated when school leaders like Principal Eiswert perpetuate harmful stereotypes instead of fostering inclusivity.

This petition calls on Baltimore County Public Schools to take immediate action against this principal's racist behavior. We demand that Principal Eric Eiswert be removed from his position at Pikesville High School and replaced with someone who respects all students regardless of their race or religion.
