My name is  J McColl, and I am a frequent traveler who has faced severe disruptions during my travels. I am calling for the dismissal of Martin Rolfe from his position as CEO of the UK's National Air Traffic Services (NATS). Under his leadership, there have been three major incidents of airline disruptions that have significantly impacted travelers like myself, costing time, money, and peace of mind.

2024, where again, passengers were left stranded due to system failures. The most recently this year the same issues persisted, showing a clear pattern of mismanagement and incompetence under Mr. Rolfe's leadership.

These disruptions not only cause inconvenience but also have broader ramifications on the economy, affecting business operations and tourism. Moreover, they tarnish the reputation of the UK's air travel services on a global scale.

We need a leader who can ensure the smooth operation of our country's air traffic services, someone who can restore faith in the reliability and safety of our skies. We deserve better.
