This petition is deeply personal to me and many others within our community. We need to ensure that Lesbian Chat Avenue is a safe space for all members of the LGBTQ community, but this cannot happen with Flame_Song as an administrator. There have been numerous instances where Flame_Song has been involved in covering up criminal acts committed by themselves and other staff members, including doxxing, sexual exploitation, sexual harassment, coercion, and catfishing.

These actions are not only illegal but also create an environment of fear and mistrust within our community. It's estimated that 73% of LGBTQ individuals have experienced online harassment (Duggan & Smith 2013), which is unacceptable in any form but even more so when it comes from those who are supposed to be leading us.

We deserve better than this. We deserve an administrator who will uphold the values we hold dear; respect for all individuals regardless of their identity or orientation. Therefore, we demand the immediate removal of Flame_Song from their position as administrator on Lesbian Chat Avenue.
