This petition is deeply personal, as it involves my grandson, a 19-year-old college student who has been wrongfully convicted due to a cover-up by DA Steve Wolfson and Prosecutor Nick Portz. Despite struggling with ADHD, my grandson worked hard to get into college, only to have his life derailed by a perjury warrant that was falsely claimed. The officer lied 3 times under oath and the prosecution continued to prosecute my grandson.

Officer Michael Condranovich of Henderson Police Department lied under oath accusing my grandson of charges he did not commit.  As a result, my grandson was extradited from school and thrust into a legal battle he didn't understand. When our family attempted to file civil charges against these injustices, the prosecutors moved him to prison in an effort to prevent him from fighting for his rights. Purjury is a criminal offense and should not be over looked. 

This isn't just about one young man's life being unfairly disrupted; it's about ensuring justice is served for all citizens of Las Vegas. It's time we hold our public officials accountable for their actions - especially when those actions lead to the wrongful conviction of innocent individuals.

We demand an immediate investigation into DA Steve Wolfson and Prosecutor Nick Portz's handling of this case and their removal if found guilty. And the release of my grandson. We also call upon local authorities in Las Vegas, NV, USA to ensure that such miscarriages of justice do not happen again in our community.
