We are urging TikTok to take immediate action against a user publicly known as 'Carla aka Jefa' who is exploiting her online platform to carry out and encourage harmful activities, including obsession, envy, and bullying. She is also degrading Christian values by claiming Christianity while endorsing completely contradictory behaviors. 

Many of her young followers are being encouraged to participate in 'TikTok battles' where they are urged to gift her with in-app items, promoting materialism and creating a warped understanding of what constitutes real value and achievement. A recent report indicated that over 70% of youths between 7 to 15 years of age use TikTok daily (Youth and Digital Media Report, 2021). Given this extensive reach, the negative influence of such users can have serious and wide-ranging impacts.
