As someone deeply concerned about corporate greed and lobbying, I am disturbed by the influence of Political Action Committees (PACs) in our political system. This petition calls for the immediate removal from office any political figure that is sponsored by AIPAC, or any other PAC. Our elected officials should represent us, not foreign powers or big businesses.

George Washington himself warned us about the "baneful effects of the party spirit." He understood that one cannot represent a party and THE people simultaneously. The same logic applies to those who prioritize big business interests over those of their constituents.

According to OpenSecrets.org, in 2020 alone, over $1 billion was spent on lobbying activities. This staggering amount reflects how deeply entrenched these entities are in our political system. It's time we reclaim our democracy from these powerful interest groups.
