Naquan Tydree-Malik Palmer, also known as the DL Whisper, is facing an unfair and malicious prosecution. This is particularly concerning to me as a passionate believer in justice and righteousness. Naquan may have made a mistake, however, the nature of his crime does not warrant the severity of the sentence currently imposed on him. We request that the attention of this petition to be directed to the prosecutor of Gilmer County Bruce Roberts.   

Naquan Palmer is a courageous individual who, despite facing cyberbullying, blackballing in the online creator space, and public humiliation, bravely spoke out against the disturbing behavior of Dominique Morgan. It's disheartening to witness that his act of speaking truth to power is now being punished so harshly.

The circumstances surrounding Naquan's visit to a home must be reevaluated in the context of the continuous harassment he endured. The legal system should be examining the pressures and injustices that led to this incident rather than disproportionately targeting Naquan.

The justice system should protect those who use their voice to expose wrongdoings, not silence them with unjust legal actions. Naquan’s actions should not be met with severe punishment, but rather understood as part of a broader narrative of self-defense against reputational and emotional harm.

I am calling upon the judicial authorities to reconsider the charges against Naquan and to seek a more balanced and fair resolution. We must stand together to ensure that our legal system upholds justice and supports those who dare to speak the truth.
