My family has volunteered at and collaborated with, WCACAC for many years in their mission to rescue and rehabilitate animals suffering from abuse, neglect, and abandonment. However, our mission is being severely hindered by the actions of Terry Bell and the Warren County Board of Commissioners.

Under §6-31-306, we call for their recall due to a gross breach of public trust and an alarming abuse of authority. The funds awarded by courts to WCACAC have been misappropriated - a blatant theft that directly impacts their ability to care for these vulnerable animals.

This isn't just about money; it's about lives. Every dollar taken away means less food, fewer medical treatments, and reduced shelter capacity - all leading to increased suffering for animals who have already endured too much.

We urge you not only as animal lovers but as citizens who value integrity in public office holders. Let's hold Terry Bell and the Warren County Board accountable for their actions which are not only unethical but also illegal under Tennessee law.
