The Issue

As a proud veteran of the U.S. Air Force, I took an oath to protect the rights and freedoms of American citizens. It is with this sense of duty that I find myself compelled to raise my voice against what I perceive as a grave injustice happening right here in Greensboro, North Carolina.

The Mayor, Nancy Vaughan, has been providing aid and comfort to illegal immigrants. This act is not only contrary to our laws but also undermines the sacrifices made by countless veterans who have fought for the rights guaranteed exclusively to American citizens.

Illegal immigration poses significant challenges for our country. According to Pew Research Center data from 2017, there were approximately 10.5 million unauthorized immigrants in the United States (source: Pew Research Center). These individuals entered our nation illegally and are now being supported by local authorities like Mayor Vaughan.

This petition seeks your support in recalling Mayor Nancy Vaughan from her position due to her actions that favor illegal immigrants over law-abiding American citizens. The rights we swore an oath to protect should be upheld with utmost respect and integrity.

Please sign this petition if you believe in upholding our laws and preserving the sanctity of citizenship that so many brave men and women have fought for. Let us demand accountability from our leaders who are entrusted with safeguarding these very principles we hold dear.

Please be aware you need to be an eligible voter and must be in a corresponding district in which you can vote for Mayor of Greensboro, North Carolina
