I am a passionate fan of the Detroit Lions and have been deeply affected by the actions of NFL referee Brad Allen. His incompetence and biased decisions have had significant impacts on important games, including those with playoff implications. One such instance was when he threw an unjust penalty against the Detroit Lions, altering the course of our season.

Brad Allen's actions are not just affecting my team; they are undermining the integrity of our beloved sport. It is crucial that referees in any sport uphold fairness and impartiality, but unfortunately, this has not been demonstrated by Mr. Allen.

While it is understood that referees can make mistakes, consistent patterns of bias cannot be overlooked or dismissed as mere errors. According to Pro Football Reference data, teams officiated by Brad Allen have shown statistically significant disparities in penalties called against them compared to other referees (Pro Football Reference).

The NFL needs to hold its officials accountable for their actions on field and ensure that all games are conducted fairly and without bias. We demand that the NFL review Brad Allen's performance as a referee and take appropriate action - up to dismissal - if his conduct is found detrimental to fair play.
