Demand the New Orleans Saints fire Mickey Loomis.

Demand the New Orleans Saints fire Mickey Loomis.
The Issue
I've been a New Orleans Saints fan since childhood. I stood by the team during the dark times when we were unaffectionally called the 'Aints, and I celebrated our glorious Super Bowl victory. The team means the world to me and countless other fans who pour their passion and loyalty into every game. But now, the decisions being made are leading the Saints away from victory and it's time for a change. This is personal because I believe in the potential success of the Saints, yet this potential is continuously hampered by one person: Mickey Loomis.
Mickey Loomis has held his position as General Manager since 2002, and while there have been moments of triumph, his recent decisions have led to more turmoil than success. Year after year, we've witnessed poor draft selections, failure to make beneficial trades, and financial mismanagement that puts the team in perilous salary cap situations. These decisions have not only undermined our current potential but are wasting the final, valuable years of legendary players like Brees, Jordan, Davis, Kamara and others.
Loomis' choices have made free agency an almost nonexistent strategy for us, leaving us stranded without the reinforcements needed to become league contenders again. Furthermore, his inability to navigate trades and secure promising players has left the Saints stagnated.
It is crucial that Gayle Benson, owner of the New Orleans Saints, takes immediate action. We urge her to either replace Mickey Loomis with a General Manager who can truly harness the potential of this team or consider selling the team to someone who will.
The state of the Saints affects not only the players and coaches but also the dedicated fanbase that deserves a team working toward success. Let's stop the decline and restore the Saints to their former glory by demanding immediate changes in management.
Please sign this petition to show your support for a fresh start for the New Orleans Saints and to ensure we don't have to boycott the organization we love.
