As a long-standing fan of the Milwaukee Bucks, I have been part of our journey through ups and downs. This year, we had high hopes after trading for Damian Lillard. However, following last year's playoff debacle, we parted ways with our successful head coach Mike Budenholzer. In his place came Adrian Griffin, a newcomer to the role of head coach.

Griffin's tenure has been marked by disappointment and frustration as he has stripped the Bucks of their defensive identity that was once their strength. The team's performance under his leadership has been far from satisfactory and it is clear that a change is needed if we are to salvage this season.
