I am a resident of Freehold, NJ and I have been personally affected by the rulings of Judge Thomas Comer. Despite being presented with substantial evidence against a litigant involved in my case, including proof of drug abuse, dangerous driving habits leading to numerous unreported accidents (which is fraudulent), Medicaid fraud, motor vehicle license fraud, theft and tax evasion; Judge Comer chose to rule with prejudice.

This ruling not only ignored the litigant's extensive horrific driving record but also disregarded their abusive behavior and criminal activities. This decision has caused significant distress and harm to me personally. The other litigant had an at fault car accident which Plymouth Assurance found him at fault I said on the record in court that it would not be safe for my child to get in any car with him, if my child had been in the car this could of been a different story.

The role of a judge is to ensure justice is served based on facts and evidence presented before them. However, it seems that in this case involving Judge Comer; justice was not served as he purposely ignored substantial proof submitted to the courts which was filed with my motions.

It's time for us as residents of Monmouth County to stand up against such judicial misconduct. We must demand accountability from those who are entrusted with delivering justice in our society.

Let us come together and call for the impeachment of Judge Thomas Comer for his biased rulings despite clear evidence against one party involved in my case. Sign this petition if you believe that judges should be held accountable for their actions when they fail to uphold justice.
