My everyday life was disrupted drastically. As a citizen of Naples, FL, I was denied my due process rights in Collier County Courts at the hands of Judge Janeice T. Martin. She cost me the opportunity to plead my counterclaims and contest a frivolous complaint, thus preventing me from gaining damages for the breach of contract and personal injury inflicted upon me.

From my personal experience, it is clear that Judge Martin is misusing her judicial authority, trampling upon the basic rights of citizens. She has been found to not provide Defendants' with Due Process Rights, issue unlawful orders, exceed her jurisdiction, and engage in arbitrary or capricious actions. This conduct directly contravenes Article III, Section 17 of the Florida Constitution.

By criticizing these actions, we aim to shed light on this behavior and appeal for the impeachment of Judge Martin in adherence with the guidelines provided in the 20th Judicial Circuit of Collier County, Florida Constitution. Nobody, including judges in power, should be able to trample upon the rights of citizens without facing the consequences.
