Petition updateDemand the Immediate Resignation of Plymouth County DA Timothy J. Cruz

We Passed 1,000 Signatures — Keep Going

We did it.

In just one evening, this petition passed 1,000 signatures calling for Plymouth County District Attorney Timothy J. Cruz to resign.

And we are not stopping here.

This happened because people signed, shared, spoke up, and refused to sit quietly while an elected official with enormous power avoids the accountability the public deserves.

This is what community looks like.

One person speaks up. Another person shares it. Another signs. Another sends it to a friend, a family member, a reporter, an attorney, or someone in Massachusetts.

And suddenly, one voice becomes thousands.

We may live in different towns and different states, but we are still one public, under one nation, and elected officials answer to the people.

Timothy Cruz does not own the office of Plymouth County District Attorney.

The public entrusted him with it.

And when the public loses confidence in the judgment, transparency, and leadership of an elected prosecutor, we have every right to organize and demand change.

We are now past 1,000 signatures. Let’s keep going.

Please share this petition again tonight and tomorrow.

Send it to someone in Massachusetts.

Send it to someone who followed the Lindsay Clancy trial.

Send it to attorneys, journalists, mental-health advocates, creators, and anyone who believes prosecutors should be held accountable for how they exercise their power.

Our next goal is bigger.

And every signature makes this harder to ignore.

Thank you to every single person who signed and shared.

We got to 1,000 together. Now let’s see how far this community can take it.
