Demand the Immediate Resignation of All CRCC Board Members
The Issue
This petition begins in Marblemount, WA, with a personal story of disappointment and disbelief. Our Cascade River Community Club (CRCC) Home Owner's Association (HOA) is supposed to work for the welfare of Marblemount residents, not against them. What happens when those who are entrusted to provide guidance and maintain the law, cunningly twist it for their personal gain?
The recent expose of alleged manipulation of bylaws by the CRCC Board to defraud me and my fellow community members out of our hard-earned money is unacceptable and outrageous. It's been revealed that the violation rate is a staggering 100%, a clear sign of the unwavering audacity of our board members.
CRCC Marblemount deserves better. We need officials who will uphold the bylaws in their truest essence, not ones who will bend them to their advantage. We cannot trust this board for any more time - their action has proven that they lack both integrity and respect for the community members they are supposed to represent.
