The Issue

The United Nations General Assembly, Global Parliamentary Leaders, and World Heads of State

To the Dignitaries and Authorities Holding Supreme Power of the Present World:

Why? Why do you sit in councils, assemblies, and parliaments to merely consider, debate, and discuss change when the diagnostic data is absolute?

You carry the undeniable knowledge that the world demographic population is 8,300,678,395, of which 4,129,165,828—over 49% of the earth’s population—is female.

You hold the historical records proving that for centuries, across borders and generations, women have been subjected to men compulsively and collectively harming, belittling, oppressing, torturing, kidnapping, drugging, raping, and murdering them.

The baseline causes of this crisis are no longer a mystery to be investigated. Anthropologists, sociologists, and historians have already laid bare the systemic mechanisms behind this violence:

The Obsession with Control: The ancient, structural enforcement of property and paternity rights that reduced the sacred ability to create life within the womb into a target for forced domination.

The Erasure of Healing and Empathy: The historical persecution of female anchors, midwives, and community healers to protect institutional monopolies, alongside a systemic culture that devalues compassion as "weakness" to justify physical dominance.

The Dehumanization of Misogyny: Structural frameworks that exploit, police, and punish women who assert autonomy, using psychological projection to lower the moral barrier for collective acts of violence.
Institutionalized Impunity: Centuries of legal structures that tolerated or actively permitted abuse, backed by social systems that reward male peer conformity through collective silence and complicity.

To continue "discussing" or incrementally negotiating basic safety and equality treats a continuous, centuries-old atrocity as a debate rather than an immediate humanitarian emergency.

When a global system is proven to be structurally dangerous to half of its citizens, the time for gradual deliberation has long since passed.

The immediate sentence should be gaveled by the supreme powers of this world: the unconditional, total, and enforced liberation of all women on this planet from structural inequality and violence.

The knowledge is in your hands. The responsibility is yours.
